Lead Therapist
Stefanie has worked as a vision therapist since 2007. She enjoys collaborating with patients with binocular dysfunction, amblyopia, strabismus, pushing athletes to their peak performance. Her passion is traumatic brain injury. She gets joy from restoring hope through vision therapy. Her greatest reward is when patients say, “thank you for giving me my life back.” In her spare time Stefanie enjoys spending time with family and friends and attending Broncos games.

Vision Therapist
Vision Therapist at Niwot Eyecare & Vision Therapy since June 2021. Beth has been a paraprofessional at the Altona Middle School prior to joining Niwot Eyecare and Vision Therapy. In this position, she worked with significant needs and autistic children. Her experience at the school solidified her passion for helping others achieve their potential. She discovered how instrumental vision therapy is in improving the quality of life for people of all ages. Beth enjoys running, cooking, hiking, skiing, and spending time with her family and two dogs.

Vision Therapist
Connie has 50 years of experience as a vision therapist. She had the privilege of working with many vision therapy doctors in Colorado. She retired in 2016 but return in 2019 to work with Dr. Hutchins and more recently with Dr. Chang. She has experience in early childhood development as well as infant visual enhancement, children with special needs, autism, academic challenges, and traumatic brain injuries.

Vision Therapist
Isabel has been a vision therapist at Niwot Eyecare and Vision Therapy since November 2020. Prior to her role as vision therapist, she was employed by Boulder County Housing and Human services for 22 years. She worked with families who struggled with parenting issues, substance use and housing issues which placed their children at risk of maltreatment or neglect.
Training and Education:
BA in Psychology from Colorado State University
MA in Contemplative Psychotherapy from Naropa University.
Practice Manager
James enjoys helping the office run smoothly. He is involved in all of the day-to-day operations of the practice as well as training and onboarding all new staff. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, hunting, and camping.
Vision Therapist
Jen has been a vision therapist for 4 years. She is very creative and imaginative and enjoys working with children and adults.
Optician
Leslie is our amazing optician, she has a talent for finding flattering frames which fit each individual. She also orders, dispenses, and adjusts glasses, and is knowledgeable about prisms, tints, lens materials, etc. She enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Front Desk
Linda welcomes patients, answers phones, schedules patients, checks patients in and out, orders and checks in contact lenses, prepares charts, disinfects the exam room and reception area, copies charts, send out reports, files records, and any other tasks assigned. Linda enjoys being active with her church and extended family.
Optician's Assistant
Makenna is our optician in training as well as many other roles in the office, she enjoys learning new things and is a fast learner.
Receptionist
Jocelyn is one of our receptionists. She brings a bright energy to our office and enjoys helping our patients with their needs. She is great with technology as well. In her free time she likes to spend time with her family and her pet tortoise.
