Payment Information

Our practice is focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care, because of our care model, we do not accept health or vision insurances.

We absolutely want to care for you and your family, and so we keep our fees reasonable and competitive. We do accept HSA, FSA, and auto accident.

Please contact us and we would be happy to answer any questions you may have and will provide an itemized bill for you to submit to your insurance.

Exam Fees

Below is a list of our most common exam fees.

All new and comprehensive exams include state-of-the-art wide-field retinal photos.

• Comprehensive Routine Eye Exam (New Patient) $250

• Comprehensive Routine Eye Exam (Established Patient) $230

• Comprehensive Exam with Contact Lens (Range $280-390)

• Head Trauma Evaluation (includes report) $400

• Binocular Evaluation (includes report) $350

• Head Trauma / Binocular (established) $300

CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by medical insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards!
